Davis and Jones Win Tracy Bass Sunday Event

Bass Draws 31 boats for there Sunday Event This month!
Tracy
– Jim Davis and Wesley Jones (13.89) edged out Tracy’s
Aaron Doyle and Albert Lacodeguy 12.83 for the win in the Tracy
Bass Amateur Team Series Today. Davis and Jones told the crowd they
concentrated on main river points where the stripers and birds were
working fishing the main San Joaquin from Franks Tract east towards
Stockton. Loud vibrating baits like those made by Tracy Bass sponsor
Lucky Craft where there key to success. The pair also had the tournaments
big fish of 5.45 pounds.
Doyle
and Lacondeguy flipped there fish with jigs tight to cover in the
Old river area. Third place went to Chris Bartling and Austin Lindsey
who also threw Vibrating baits on main River points and humps finished
just two tenths behind Doyle and Lacondeguy again. Second big fish
of 4.48 pounds went to the fourth Place team of Bill Durbin Mike
Birch.
